What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
The type of information we receive from you via our websites depends on the information provided by you using our contact forms and/or through any registration processes on our sites. When you register on our website or with one of our offices, we will need to know your name, email address, and contact telephone number. Once contact is established we may ask your nationality, your motivation for buying, and/or how you found out about us. You may be asked to provide additional information, such as the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, we only collect as much information as is necessary or appropriate for fulfilling our legal obligation to refrain from suspicious operations that may be funded by the means resulted from money laundering and terrorism financing. You can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from engaging in certain activities.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

Our staff takes your privacy as seriously as you do, and we will take all reasonable measures against any employee found to be in violation of this policy.
